The leader of the Victory Party, Ümit Özdağ, who is detained in Silivri, shared an image of a citizen who closely resembles him at Saraçhane, the site of the İmamoğlu protests, stating, "Actually, I went out, participated, and came back. I thought they wouldn't recognize me, but they did."
Protests against the decision continue across the country as Ekrem İmamoğlu, who was arrested in the corruption investigation targeting the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, is sent to Silivri Prison.
