IT HAD GRADUATED THOUSANDS OF STUDENTS

While noting that the school, which had graduated thousands of students from various towns in the Bint Jbeil district, was one of the region's leading educational institutions, it emphasized that its targeting constitutes a major loss from both educational and social perspectives.
DEATH TOLL RISES TO 2,618
Accordingly, the number of deaths from Israeli attacks in the past period has reached 2,618, and the number of injured has reached 8,094. It was reported that 16 hospitals were damaged, and 103 of the deceased were healthcare workers.
ISRAEL'S ATTACKS ON LEBANON AND THE CEASEFIRE
The Israeli army began intensive airstrikes on Lebanon on March 2, occupying many towns in the south of the country. The Lebanese government also announced that the number of displaced people in the country during this period exceeded 1 million. US President Donald Trump announced that the 10-day temporary ceasefire between Lebanon and Israel, which took effect on April 17, has been extended by three more weeks. While Israeli attacks in southern Lebanon continue despite the ceasefire, Hezbollah continues to retaliate.
