Habip Aksoy HE LOST THE DAYS-LONG INTENSIVE CARE BATTLE The incident occurred on November 14, 2025, in an industrial zone in Bozova. According to the allegations, journeyman Habip Aksoy, working in the workshop, first bound the hands of apprentice Muhammed Kendirci, restricting his movement. Then he forcibly removed the child's pants and applied a high-pressure air compressor to his anal region. The unfortunate child, who suffered severe damage to his internal organs and collapsed in agony, lost his life after a 4-day struggle in the intensive care unit of Harran University Research and Application Hospital, where he was taken.

NOTABLE DETAIL IN THE INDICTMENT: PROFESSIONALLY KNOWLEDGEABLE, HE KNEW THE RISK According to the indictment accepted by the 10th Heavy Penal Court of Şanlıurfa, the technical details of the horrific incident have been clarified. It was emphasized that the compressor used in the incident had a very high pressure capacity of 12 bar, and that applying this device at close range could cause fatal damage to the human body even through clothing.
The indictment stated that there was no past animosity between the defendant and the victim child. However, noting that the defendant Aksoy, due to his profession, had experience to know the fatal risks of these devices, it was concluded that the act constituted the crime of 'intentional killing with possible intent against a child', and a life sentence was requested for the defendant.
