Aside from the increase in food prices, companies involved in food fraud have started to be discussed recently. Those companies, which play with public health, cause citizens to consume things that are very different and even harmful from what was promised. The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry continues to expose those businesses that play with citizens' health. As of October 2, a daily publication of companies and products involved in imitation and adulteration has started online.

COMPANIES ARE BEING EXPOSED ONE BY ONE

The list shared with the public at "Guvenilirgida.tarimorman.gov.tr" is exposing companies that commit fraud in food one by one. The list clearly conveys the fraud, non-compliance, product, and brand names involved.

THE LIST HAS BEEN UPDATED AGAIN

The list exposing food fraudsters has been updated once more. The list dated October 8 announced that imitation and adulteration were found in many products such as thyme, honey, sausage, raw Adana kebab, herbal paste, and olive oil.

HEART HAS BEEN USED IN RAW ADANA

According to those listed; it was observed that seed oils were found in olive oil, active pharmaceutical ingredients in herbal paste, and offal (heart) in raw Adana kebab, and poultry meat in Kangal sausage.
