The names of the mayors and members of parliament who joined the AK Party have been announced. President Erdogan, who pinned badges on the newly joined members, said, "Our doors are open to everyone who is dedicated to serving the people. I welcome our friends who have joined our party and wish them success on the path of serving the nation."
AK Party, founded on August 14, 2001 under the leadership of Recep Tayyip Erdogan, is celebrating its 23rd anniversary today. President Erdogan, who made a speech at the AK Party Congress Center, pinned badges to the mayors and members of parliament who joined the AK Party.
ERDOĞAN: OUR DOOR IS OPEN TO EVERYONE
In his statement, President Erdogan said, "We have a place under the AK Party roof for everyone who works, produces, runs for Turkey, and worries for Turkey. Our door is open to everyone who is concerned with serving the nation. I welcome our friends who have joined our party and wish them success in serving the nation."
