LIFELESS BODY FOUND IN WHEAT FIELD
In the rural Adaköy neighborhood of Mustafakemalpaşa district, the lifeless body of 75-year-old İ.B. was found in the middle of a plowed wheat field in the morning hours. According to initial assessments, it was stated that İ.B. may have passed away approximately 10-15 days ago.
The incident occurred at Kavak Bayır location in Adaköy neighborhood. A citizen passing through the area noticed a dark shape in the middle of the field with a dog standing by its head. Suspicious, the citizen went home and told his father what he had seen, then returned to the area with his father. Upon closer inspection, the father and son realized the object was the lifeless body of a man and reported the situation to Adaköy Neighborhood Headman İsmail Sarı.
Upon Headman Sarı's report, gendarmerie and health teams were dispatched to the scene.
MISSING PERSON REPORT FILED 15 DAYS AGO
It was learned that a missing person report had been filed for 75-year-old İ.B., whose lifeless body was found, in Istanbul's Esenler district on July 30. After the lifeless body of the elderly man, who had been searched for as missing for days, was reached in the rural Adaköy neighborhood of Mustafakemalpaşa, the process extending from Istanbul to Mustafakemalpaşa was also taken under investigation.
IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE BODY'S INTEGRITY WAS DAMAGED
In the initial examinations conducted by the teams at the scene, it was determined that the body integrity of the lifeless body, which was assessed to have been in the open area for a long time, had been damaged. According to initial assessments, it was stated that İ.B. may have passed away approximately 10-15 days ago.
After the work of the prosecutor's office and crime scene investigation teams, İ.B.'s lifeless body was removed to the morgue to determine the definitive cause of death.
