The YKS marathon, which will determine the future of millions of candidates, began with great excitement in Samsun as well. While some rushed to make it to the first session of the exam in the final seconds as families waited outside with prayers, two female students who arrived at the exam center after the doors closed were not allowed inside due to the rules, causing great sorrow.

In Samsun, two female students who could not make it in time for the first session of the Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS), the Basic Proficiency Test (TYT), even at the last minute, were unable to take the exam. As other candidates rushed into the halls, families prayed outside for their children.

The Basic Proficiency Test (TYT), the first session of the Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS) conducted by the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM), started in the morning in Samsun, as across Turkey. Candidates were admitted to schools before the exam starting at 10:15, while parents took their positions at various points on the Samsun Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMÜ) campus area. Candidates running towards the buildings were admitted to the halls after passing security checks.

2 FEMALE STUDENTS WHO WERE LATE WERE NOT ADMITTED
