In Adana, 32 suspects were detained in an operation against the organization led by Alparslan Kuytul. Footage has emerged of the moments when businessman Koray Sarısaçlı, who was kidnapped in 2021, was abducted. Sarısaçlı recounted that he was held in darkness, subjected to electroshock and assault, had his rib broken, and was forced to sign promissory notes worth 6-7 million dollars.
In the operation carried out within the scope of the investigation into the structure known as "Kuytulcular" in Adana, alleged to be led by Alparslan Kuytul, 32 suspects were detained, while the moments of the abduction of businessman Koray Sarısaçlı, who was claimed to have been kidnapped in 2021, were captured on surrounding security cameras and the mobile phone cameras of citizens who witnessed the incident.
After being released, Sarısaçlı applied to the prosecutor's office and filed a complaint against the organization members, led by Alparslan Kuytul, whom he claimed had forcibly kidnapped, detained, and tortured him.
HE DESCRIBED THE TORTURE AND FILED A COMPLAINT
In his statement to the prosecutor's office, Koray Sarısaçlı said that he was kept in a dark place of approximately 2-3 square meters for 12-13 days, his hands were tied very badly, he was subjected to electric shock, was constantly beaten, and his ribs were broken.
"THE ORDER WAS GIVEN BY ALPARSLAN KUYTUL"
Businessman Koray Sarısaçlı, who claimed that he was kidnapped in 2021 on the orders of Alparslan Kuytul, stated that Kuytul and his team wanted to seize his property, saying, "They were threatening me beforehand, keeping me under pressure. That's why I had to give a power of attorney. I gave it under threat and blackmail. I had to. Later, when the situation changed, I revoked the powers of attorney."
"WHEN I REVOKED THE POWERS OF ATTORNEY, THEY KIDNAPPED ME"
Describing that after revoking the powers of attorney, the situation escalated further, Sarısaçlı said, "When I revoked them, they took this matter to a further stage. This time, they kidnapped me."
Stating that he was tortured and beaten after being kidnapped, Sarısaçlı said, "They inflicted a lot of torture and beatings there. They tied my hands very badly, my fingers swelled. They tortured me with electric shock. They kept me in a place of 2-3 square meters where even an animal couldn't stay. They blindfolded me, got on top of me, and kicked me. I felt my rib break; it was very hard for me to walk when they were taking me somewhere."
"THEY MADE ME SIGN PROMISSORY NOTES WORTH MILLIONS OF LIRAS"
Sarısaçlı stated that during his kidnapping, he was forced to sign promissory notes and his release was conditional, saying, "Later, they made me sign promissory notes. After I got out, they also got powers of attorney again. They released me on that condition. By pressuring me not to speak against them, they released me after making me sign promissory notes worth 6-7 million dollars."
Stating that he filed a complaint after being freed, Sarısaçlı said, "After I was released, I went and filed a complaint against them."
"ALPARSLAN KUYTUL ALWAYS STAYS BEHIND"
Sarısaçlı also spoke about Alparslan Kuytul's role in the structure, saying, "Alparslan Kuytul always stays behind. He sends his own men to the front. The reason for my kidnapping is Alparslan Kuytul and his men."

Within the scope of the investigation carried out by the Adana Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, simultaneous operations were conducted at 49 addresses across 6 provinces in recent days. In the operation, 32 suspects, including Alparslan Kuytul and his wife Semra Kuytul, were detained.
It was reported that legal proceedings were initiated against the suspects for the crimes of "establishing and managing an organization for the purpose of committing crimes," "membership in an organization," "laundering of assets derived from crime," "qualified fraud," "forgery in official documents," and "violation of the Tax Procedure Law."
