In Canakkale, 9-year-old Yusuf Talha lost his life after being affected by pest control carried out in a neighboring apartment, and his mother Sevda Canli is in intensive care. Within the scope of the investigation, the homeowner and a pest control company official were detained.
Pest control applied to a neighboring apartment in Çanakkale led to an unimaginable tragedy.
FATHER FOUND HIS SON AND WIFE UNCONSCIOUS
Uğun Çanlı, a resident of the Barbaros neighborhood, found his wife Sevda and his 9-year-old son Yusuf Talha unconscious when he returned home yesterday evening. Çanlı took his wife and son to Mehmet Akif Ersoy Çanakkale State Hospital in his own vehicle.
THEY WERE DETERMINED TO BE POISONED
Sevda and Yusuf Talha Çanlı were transferred to Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Hospital after initial intervention. In the first examination at the hospital, signs of poisoning were detected in both the mother and the child.
CHILD DIED, MOTHER IN INTENSIVE CARE
As Yusuf Talha's condition worsened, it was decided to transfer him to Başakşehir Çam and Sakura City Hospital in Istanbul by air ambulance. The child lost his life there, while the mother's treatment continues in the intensive care unit.
2 PEOPLE DETAINED
Within the scope of the investigation initiated by the Çanakkale Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the owner of the house where the pest control was carried out and the relevant company official were detained.
