The new Defense Minister of Syria issues an ultimatum to the terrorist organization YPG from Kasra.

The Minister of Defense of the Syrian interim government has become Marhaf Ebu Kasra. Ebu Kasra, known by the name Ebu Hasan el Hamavi, is one of the senior figures of the Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) group, which has led military operations to overthrow Assad this month.

"THERE WILL BE NO PROJECTS LIKE DIVISION OR FEDERALISM"

In his first interview, Kasra effectively issued an ultimatum to the PKK/YPG/SDF terrorist organization. "We distinguish between the Kurdish people and the SDF. The Kurdish people will receive their full rights, just like all other components of the Syrian people. However, to put it simply, there will be no division, federalism, or similar projects. Syria will remain united as one," he stated.

THE MILITARY INSTITUTION IN SYRIA HAS BEEN DISCUSSED

According to a report by the Syrian state news agency SANA, the de facto leader of the new Syrian administration, Ahmed al-Shara, discussed how the military institution in the new Syria will be shaped during a meeting with armed groups on Saturday. The Prime Minister of the new Syrian administration, Muhammed al-Bashir, stated this week that the Ministry of Defense would be restructured using former groups and officers who have defected from Assad's army.
