On a flight from Tokyo to Houston, a passenger attempted to open the emergency exit door during the flight. The individual was subdued and taken down to the ground by other passengers, while the plane made an emergency landing in Seattle. The passenger, who was determined to be experiencing a "medical crisis," was taken to the hospital after being removed from the aircraft.
A passenger plane belonging to All Nippon Airways (ANA), which was en route from Tokyo, Japan, to Texas, USA, was reported to have made an emergency landing at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport after a passenger attempted to open the emergency exit door.
OTHER PASSENGERS INTERVENED
It was stated that after the unnamed passenger's attempt to open the emergency exit door, other individuals on the plane intervened, removing the passenger from the door and subduing them by laying them on the ground.
PLANE MADE AN EMERGENCY LANDING
Following the incident that occurred three hours before the plane was scheduled to land, the pilot descended to Seattle within 45 minutes. It was recorded that the plane had been in the air for 9 hours at the time of the incident. According to data from the flight tracking site FlightAware, the passenger plane, which took off again afterward, landed at Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston 4 hours later than planned.
