In the terrorist attack on the Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAŞ) campus in Kahramankazan, 5 people were martyred and 22 others were injured.

CAUGHT IN A DAILY RENTAL APARTMENT

In the TUSAŞ terrorist attack, the assailant named "Velat Çetinkaya," was captured by Italian police in the city of Ciampino, near Rome. According to reports from the Italian press, Çetinkaya, who was caught in a daily rental apartment, was brought before the Rome Court of Appeals. It was noted that after the official procedures, Çetinkaya was sent to the Regina Coeli prison in Rome.

WILL BE HANDED OVER TO GERMAN AUTHORITIES

The 50-year-old terrorist, who has an international arrest warrant for various crimes including international terrorism, was reported to have been arrested at the request of German authorities based on an arrest warrant issued by the Stuttgart court in 2022. Çetinkaya is expected to be handed over to the German authorities.
