ASKING 380,000 LIRA FOR A TON ANIMAL

Hüseyin Yıldız, who owns a livestock farm in İznik, takes great care of his calf named "Paşa," which is the most expensive among many sacrificial animals.

Days before the Eid al-Adha, Yıldız, who is asking for 380,000 lira for his calf named "Paşa," said, "Our calf, which we have taken great care of and is one of the largest in Bursa, weighs 1,200 kilograms. We have raised it with care for potential buyers. Paşa, who has become a part of our family, has a live weight of 1,200 kilograms. We deemed 380,000 lira an appropriate price for Paşa. Since this sacrificial animal is large, it requires more special care. We groom it every day, bathe it when necessary, and feed it in a comfortable and spacious environment to keep it healthy. We work with our veterinarians. It is the largest sacrificial animal in the Bursa region," he said.
