The funeral of 22-year-old Mehmetşah Işık, who lost his life in a motorcycle accident in Antalya, was held. Family members who came to receive the body collapsed on the ground in a fit of hysteria, overwhelmed by grief.

The incident occurred around 8:00 PM yesterday evening on Namık Kemal Boulevard in the Kepez district. Mehmetşah Işık lost control of his motorcycle while approaching a curve and crashed into the barriers. As a result of the impact, the young rider was thrown to the ground and dragged for about 15 meters. Citizens who witnessed the accident reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center, and police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. Medical teams, who arrived shortly after, provided first aid to the severely injured Mehmetşah Işık before transporting him to the hospital by ambulance. However, despite all efforts, the young man could not be saved. Işık's body was sent to the Antalya Forensic Medicine Institution for an autopsy.
