The investment amount is stated as 78.5 million dollars (approximately 2.6 billion TL), and the acquisition of the shopping mall, which includes 131 regular and 13 large-scale stores, is seen as an important step in line with the company's growth strategy.

Another remarkable move came from Katılımevim, which continues its real estate investments without slowing down. The company purchased 70% of CarrefourSA AVM located in Nilifür, Bursa for 78.5 million dollars (approximately 2.6 billion TL).

The Board of Directors of Katılımevim decided to continue real estate investments on 01.07.2024. In this context, the property owned by Bainbridge Real Estate Trading Co. was purchased. CarrefourSA Bursa AVM joined the Katılımevim portfolio for 78,519,326 USD.
