E.T., who was taken to Hakkari State Hospital by citizens who arrived at the scene, is still receiving treatment. The child's father, S.T., reacted to the incident, stating, "My child lightly hits the non-commissioned officer's child while riding his bicycle. The non-commissioned officer pushed my child off the bicycle, causing his wrist to break. We are filing a complaint," he said.
