The child's father, S.T., reacted to the incident, stating, "My child lightly hits the non-commissioned officer's child while riding his bicycle. The non-commissioned officer pushed my child off the bicycle, causing his wrist to break. We are filing a complaint," he said.



It was reported that eyewitnesses witnessed the incident, while officials from the Hakkari Provincial Police Department stated that the non-commissioned officer was detained based on the allegations and that an investigation into the incident is ongoing.
