In a joint operation conducted by the Istanbul Police Department Narcotics Crimes Branch Directorate, the Antalya Police Department, and MIT, a suspect wanted by Interpol and Europol for 'Murder by Diffusion Message' was apprehended in the Alanya district of Antalya. Investigations into the individual revealed that he was preparing actions through a messaging application.

Under the coordination of the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the National Intelligence Organization (MIT), the Istanbul Police Department, and the Antalya Police Department launched an operation to capture Tunahan Çetkin (29), who was on the 'most wanted' list by Interpol-Europol.

CAPTURED IN A PINCH

In the operation, the address where Çetkin, who was wanted by Europol for "Murder with a Diffusion Message," was identified. A raid was conducted at the address in Alanya, Antalya, where the suspect was located. During the operation, suspect Tunahan Çetkin was captured and taken into custody.

During the questioning of the suspect, it was determined that he had records for "membership in an organization established for the purpose of committing a crime" and "trafficking or supplying narcotics."
