The total amount of revenue from fees expected to be collected in Turkey next year is 282 billion 538 million 376 thousand lira. A large portion of this revenue will come from property transfer fees.

According to the information obtained from the 2025 Central Government Budget Law Proposal submitted to the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, the largest contribution to the expected fee revenues of 282 billion 538 million 376 thousand liras to be collected in the new year will come from title deed fees, amounting to 122 billion 488 million 929 thousand liras.

It is anticipated that 43.4% of the expected fee amount to be collected next year will be paid by those buying and selling real estate. The state is expected to collect 50 billion 926 million 337 thousand liras in judicial fees in 2025. In this context, 5 billion 881 million 343 thousand liras in commercial registry fees, 848 million 186 thousand liras in tradesman registry fees, and 44 billion 196 million 808 thousand liras in other judicial fee revenues are expected.

It is anticipated that 12 billion 379 million 25 thousand liras will be obtained from notary fees, and 18 billion 398 million 163 thousand liras from passport and consular fees.

TRAFFIC FEES WILL EXCEED 13 MILLION

It is estimated that traffic fees will provide 13 billion 72 million 169 thousand liras to the budget. During this period, it is planned to collect 1 billion 90 million 632 thousand liras in ship and port fees, and 2 billion 86 million 915 thousand liras in concession, license, and diploma fees. Next year, it is expected to generate 62 billion 96 million 206 thousand liras under the heading of "other fees." Among other fees, there are items such as 8 billion 666 million 455 thousand liras expected from the exit fee for abroad, 728 million 952 thousand liras expected from private security fees, and 243 million 370 thousand liras expected from the Turkish international ship registry fee and tonnage fee.
