In the site located in Bağlar Neighborhood, T.A. came to the house where Özge Bedir, a mother of two children, one of whom is 36 days old, lives. After a while, he called the 112 Emergency Call Center and reported a murder. Following this, police, health, and fire teams were dispatched to the address. The teams that opened the door and entered the house found Özge Bedir stabbed in the throat and abdomen in the corridor. It was determined by the health team that Özge Bedir had lost her life. The 36-day-old baby of Özge Bedir, who was sleeping in her bed, was taken under police protection.

After making the report, T.A., who fled the scene with his friend S.Ö., a third-year student in the Classroom Teaching Department of Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, was pursued by the police. While the police were investigating, Özge Bedir's husband, A.B., arrived home. A.B. asked his relatives, "Özge, where are you?" and when he learned that she had died, he burst into tears. A.B., who was kept waiting in the police car, was taken to the hospital when he became unwell.

The police captured T.A. and S.Ö. in the house where they were staying in Yeni Mahalle that same night. T.A., who was injured in both hands with a knife, was taken to the police station after treatment. Based on the statements of T.A. and S.Ö., A.B., who had completed his treatment at the hospital, and café operator V.Ö. were also taken into custody. In his first statement, T.A. said, "I went to Özge Bedir's house to talk. She insulted me. She wanted to attack me with a knife from the kitchen. I wanted to protect myself." S.Ö. stated, "I did not enter the house. I waited in the garden of the site."

V.Ö. also stated, "I have nothing to do with the incident. They called me after the incident. When I saw their hands were bloody, I called the police."

Özge Bedir's husband, A.B., also stated, "I worked in my own field until the evening of the incident. I do not know why T.A. and S.Ö. came to my house. I heard about the incident later because my phone ran out of battery."

THE BABY IS UNDER STATE PROTECTION

Özge Bedir's funeral was buried yesterday, while her 36-day-old baby boy was taken under protection by the teams of the Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services. Bedir's 5-year-old daughter, who was outside with her father A.B. during the incident, was taken by her relatives.

It was claimed that there was a romantic relationship last year between S.Ö., who works at the military canteen in the city, and Özge Bedir's husband, A.B. Subsequently, it was reported that S.Ö. filed a complaint against A.B. along with his friend T.A., and as a result of the lawsuit, A.B. was sentenced to 2 years and 1 month for 'deprivation of liberty' for forcing S.Ö. and T.A. into a car. It was learned that A.B. was released after staying in prison for a while.

The female suspects T.A. and S.Ö., along with A.B. and V.Ö., whose procedures were completed at the police station, were sent to Burdur Courthouse today at noon.
