Access to the National Judiciary Network Project (UYAP) system, which allows private companies or public institutions to track the case files they are parties to in all judicial and administrative courts and enforcement offices across Turkey, could not be achieved today around 11:30 AM. It was stated that due to the disruption experienced in UYAP, all courts have been temporarily suspended as of now. Users who could not access UYAP via the social media platform X expressed their reactions. Some of those reactions are as follows: "I reached the office on my first call after 3 days of not being able to reach them. As soon as I opened, I got the response 'UYAP is down, lawyer.' My nerves are frayed; I'm looking at the screen and laughing right now." "I will complain about UYAP as soon as it is my turn for the e-hearing. Best regards." "E-Government, UYAP seems to have crashed. We cannot log in." Access to the system was restored shortly after the brief disruption.
