The report noted that the project, which has not yet attracted public attention, aims to offer light food and beverages to visitors of St. Peter's Basilica, especially those visiting the dome, accompanied by a panoramic view of the Vatican and the city of Rome. It was reported that the bistro would be located in an area that has been used as a storage space by workers responsible for the basilica's maintenance, near the statues of the apostles.

The newspaper's report stated that the Vatican wanted to complete the venue in time for last year's "Jubilee" celebrations, but the project was delayed due to technical and logistical issues.
