The Ministry of National Defense announced that the missile fired by Iran has been destroyed. Just before the incident, it was noteworthy that the U.S. ordered the evacuation of unnecessary personnel and their families from the consulate in Adana, southern Turkey, due to security concerns.

The war between the US, Israel, and Iran has entered its 10th day. In the ongoing conflict with mutual attacks, Israel and the US struck Iran's radiation facility in the city of Isfahan. While the whole world closely follows the developments in the region, a ballistic missile fired from Iran, which was detected heading towards Turkish airspace, was destroyed by NATO air defense elements; some parts of the missile fell into empty fields in Gaziantep, and there were no casualties in the incident.

ATTENTION-GRABBING WARNING FROM THE US

While the Communications Presidency stated, "We reiterate our warning strongly once again," the warning made by the US before the missile was shot down did not go unnoticed.

"EVACUATE THE CONSULATE IN ADANA"

Due to security concerns related to the Iran conflict, the US ordered unnecessary personnel and families at the consulate in Adana to evacuate the consulate in Adana, located in southern Turkey.

LEVEL 2 TRAVEL WARNING FOR TURKEY

The US Department of State also announced that it continues to maintain a level 2 travel warning for Turkey. It was claimed that in the coming days, the evacuation of non-essential consulate staff and some personnel and families stationed at Incirlik Air Base could begin, but no official announcement has been made.
