5 GOAL SHOW AT HOME
Sitting in the leadership seat, Viking defeated Valerenga 5-1 at home. The goals that brought victory to Viking were scored by Edvin Austbö in the 10th minute, Zlatko Tripic in the 15th and 45th minutes, Kristoffer Haugen in the 54th minute, and Kristoffer Askildsen in the 72nd minute.
CHAMPION AFTER 34 YEARS
With this result, Viking raised its points to 71, pulling off a major surprise by finishing the season ahead of Bodo Glimt, and became champion again after 34 years.
