Famous artist Safiye Soyman's son, Harun Akaröz, passed away in Burdur. Akaröz's funeral was held in Bodrum. In the footage from the funeral, it was seen that Safiye Soyman had difficulty standing. Soyman spoke to journalists and said, "May God not give anyone the pain of losing a child. I wouldn't want a fly to land on him. My son passed away a week after we finished shooting. It's as if my son was waiting for me. I washed my son with my own hands. My child went in peace."

Safiye Soyman's son Harun Akaröz, who has Multiple Sclerosis (MS), was buried after the funeral held in Bodrum district.

A funeral ceremony was held at the Central Mosque in Gündoğan neighborhood for Akaröz, a 52-year-old MS patient who died yesterday due to respiratory failure at the hospital in Ağlasun district of Burdur.

Safiye Soyman expressed her deep sadness to the journalists and said, "May God not give anyone the pain of losing a child. I wouldn't want a fly to land on him. My son passed away a week after we came back from shooting. It's like my son was waiting for me. I washed my child with my own hands. May my child rest in peace."

Last night, Safiye hugged Harun's pillow and slept. It's very difficult for Safiye to get used to this. May God give her strength." After the funeral prayer performed after the afternoon prayer, Harun Akaröz's funeral was buried in Gündoğan Cemetery.
