The emergence of a new photo sent to him by Jeffrey Epstein confirmed that he had dinner with Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk on the same evening in 2015; the image caused a huge stir globally and shook the world.
New materials among the millions of pages of Jeffrey Epstein files released by the U.S. Department of Justice revealed a striking detail about a dinner dated 2015. In an email linked to a photo sent to him by Epstein, it appears that Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Tesla and SpaceX chief Elon Musk, and Palantir founder Peter Thiel were present at a dinner meeting. Epstein described this dinner in the email correspondence as "wild." This information has resonated widely in the foreign press.
THE DINNER WAS HELD IN PALO ALTO IN 2015
This dinner, previously brought to attention by Vanity Fair in 2019, is said to have been hosted by LinkedIn founder Reid Hoffman in honor of MIT scientist Ed Boyden in Palo Alto. According to the emails, Epstein reported that he was with Musk, Zuckerberg, Thiel, and Hoffman on the same day. However, experts emphasize that the document or photo alone is not evidence of a crime, noting that it is merely part of the relationship network of that time.
SEQUENTIAL DENIALS FROM TECHNOLOGY LEADERS
Zuckerberg's representatives emphasized that the Meta CEO's relationship with Epstein was limited to this one-time dinner and that there was no further communication afterward. Musk similarly stated that he only met Epstein face-to-face, did not know him, and never attended any parties on the island. No current statement has yet come from Thiel's side.
THE WORLD IS TALKING ABOUT THESE FILES
This new photo and email series came after the U.S. Department of Justice released approximately 3 million documents along with more than 180,000 photos and videos. Public discussions continue regarding Epstein's connections with high-profile politicians and businesspeople even after his death. It is criticized that some victim information in the documents was published with censorship, while powerful names were included.
