Mehmet Emin Kutluay, in his sermon, emphasized the importance of earning halal income and stated that honesty is essential in trade. Using the example of repairmen who deceive citizens, Kutluay said, "If a craftsman says, 'I have used parts,' he is a thief. If it was good, why did you take it apart? You put it in the junk, made the owner incur expenses. You immediately polish it up and sell it to someone else. This is haram, it is not halal."

Theolog Mehmet Emin Kutluay, in his sermon, drew attention to the sensitivity of halal and haram, providing important warnings to tradesmen and citizens. Emphasizing the moral losses in the fields of repair and trade, Kutluay called for social honesty.

"YOU ARE AFRAID TO TAKE YOUR CAR TO THE INDUSTRY"

In his sermon, Kutluay gave examples from the automotive industry, stating that some mechanics can mislead citizens by suggesting unnecessary part replacements. Kutluay, who said, "You are afraid to take your car to the industry," pointed out a common situation with his words, "A slight sound is coming from the exhaust, the master says we will take down the engine. What does the engine have to do with the exhaust?"

"THIS IS HARAM, NOT HALAL"

Kutluay also criticized the claim that scrap parts are "good" and can be resold, saying, "A part is dead, the mechanic says, 'I have a good used part.' No master should be angry with me. If a master says 'I have a used part,' that person is a thief. If it’s good, why did you take it off? You put it in scrap, made the owner incur costs. Immediately polish it up and sell it to someone else. This is haram, not halal," he expressed.

"AS LONG AS WE CONTINUE TO DECEIVE EACH OTHER..."

Mehmet Emin Kutluay Hoca stated that such practices, which lead to a decrease in trust in society, are harmful to both individuals and society, emphasizing the importance of halal earnings with his words, "As long as we continue to deceive each other, we will not prosper."
