Thieves broke the toilet window of a workplace in Esenyurt and stole items worth 250,000 lira. Using a rope, they pulled a monitor or computer case through the window with the help of an accomplice waiting outside, and then escaped through the same toilet window.
An incredible theft incident occurred at a workplace owned by Ömer Ayaz, located on 728th Street, Ispartakule Avenue, in the Süleymaniye neighborhood of Esenyurt, Istanbul. The thieves broke the window of the workplace's toilet and entered the office area.
THEY ENTERED THROUGH THE TOILET WINDOW AND STOLE
The thieves stole a computer, a safe, valuable devices, tools, and copper materials from the office. They used a rope to pull the monitor or computer case through their accomplices waiting above, and exited in the same manner through the toilet window.
"WE HAVE A LOSS OF 250 THOUSAND LIRA"
The business owner Ömer Ayaz stated, "They wore something like a hood over their faces. But their features are clearly visible. Two people enter, and two wait outside. In total, four people are involved in this job. When we calculated, we have a loss in the range of 230-250 thousand." Ayaz, who provided the security camera footage from the workplace to the police, said he is waiting for the suspects to be caught and for his materials to be returned.
ONE OF THE SUSPECTS WAS CAUGHT
After their investigations at the scene, police teams launched a large-scale examination. In the investigations, the identities of the fleeing suspects were determined. One of the suspects, Fırat Baş, was caught during the operation and was arrested by the court after his procedures at the police station. Efforts to capture the other fleeing suspects are ongoing.
