During his visit, a group of young people from Rize waiting for Minister Gürlek on the street created a rare and heartwarming creative welcome in the world of politics and bureaucracy. Approaching Minister Akın Gürlek, the young Black Sea locals began to sing a fun Black Sea folk song that they had specially written and composed for him.

The folk song, in a horon dance style woven with lyrics reflecting the region's warm-blooded culture and sense of humor, was met with great interest by citizens on the street.
