Çarşambaspor fans are applying to CİMER due to referee decisions in the match against Bitlis Spor 1916 FK.
Reactions from the sports community continue to grow against the decisions made by referee Buğra Taşkınsoy in the Regional Amateur League Play-Off final match between Çarşambaspor and Bitlis Spor 1916 FK.

The fans' applications to CIMER include the following statements:
"Subject: Request for review of referee decisions in the Çarşambaspor - Bitlis 1916 Spor match:
As a Çarşambaspor fan and a citizen who desires Turkish football to be managed fairly, transparently, and reliably, I find it necessary to submit this application due to the events in the Çarşambaspor - Bitlis 1916 Spor match played at Sarıyer Yusuf Ziya Öniş Stadium. Some referee decisions in the said match have sparked serious public debate, as they are believed to have directly affected the outcome of the match and undermined the principles of sportsmanship and justice. Indeed, in the 35th minute of the match, a tackle by the opposing team (Bitlis 1916 Spor) player with the sole of his foot on our player was only punished with a yellow card. Furthermore, in the 45th minute, in a position where our player was deemed to have made no intervention, the match's central referee Mr. Abdullah Buğra Taşkınsoy awarded a penalty, which resulted in a goal. Additionally, at the very beginning of the second half, in a position widely believed to be a deceptive move by an opposing player, our player was sent off with a direct red card despite an assessment that no contact was made, significantly impacting the flow and outcome of the match. The footage of the match has caused a huge reaction among the public, been watched by hundreds of thousands, and led to renewed debate over trust in the refereeing institution in the football community.
It is clear that such controversial decisions, especially in critical play-off matches, damage the efforts of clubs and the sense of justice fundamental to sports. The unfortunate increase in match-fixing incidents in sports is currently an unacceptable situation for us independent and impartial sports lovers. Even based on rumors from unofficial sources, it is heard that individuals from Bitlis 1916 Spor, including managers and interveners, have made financial efforts in this regard.
In this context, I respectfully request and demand that the entire footage and records of the Çarşambaspor - Bitlis 1916 Spor match be thoroughly examined by the relevant authorities, that the decisions of the referees assigned to the match be evaluated within the framework of relevant regulations and refereeing criteria, that if deemed necessary, administrative and disciplinary investigations be conducted regarding the relevant individuals and institutions, that necessary actions be taken concerning any identified faults or violations, that efforts be made to implement the VAR system in Regional Amateur League play-off matches, and that the expansion of VAR implementation in 2nd League and 3rd League matches be considered to strengthen justice and transparency in Turkish football."
