A woman on vacation in the Kuşadası district of Aydın was cooling off in the sea when her bag, which she had left on the shore, was taken into the forest by wild boars. The bag was later found by gendarmerie teams in a wooded area 3 kilometers away.
The 28-year-old woman named G.O., who came to Aydınlık Bay in Dilek Peninsula National Park for vacation, noticed that her bag, which she had left on the shore, was taken by wild boars while she was swimming in the sea.
BAG FOUND 3 KILOMETERS AWAY
Upon reporting the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center, teams from the Kavaklı Gendarmerie Station, affiliated with the Kuşadası District Gendarmerie Command, were dispatched to the area and began search operations in the forested area. As a result of the search, the bag was found approximately 3 kilometers away in the forest.
TEAMS WARNED ABOUT WILD BOARS
The bag, which contained personal belongings, was returned to its owner intact. The gendarmerie teams informed the citizens in the area after the incident to be cautious about wildlife and not to leave their personal belongings unattended.
