The business owner H.İ.Y. was arrested, while the other operator B.Y. is being sought. During the searches, weapons, ammunition, ballistic vests, and drugs were seized.
In the Bodrum district of Muğla, the owner of an establishment who celebrated the birthday of the leader of the criminal organization known as the "Daltons" with laudatory messages on the nightclub's projection screen was arrested. Numerous weapons and drugs were seized during searches at the addresses.
In Bodrum, Muğla's popular tourism center, an incident at a nightclub prompted security forces to take action. Teams from the Provincial Police Department's Anti-Smuggling and Organized Crime Branch (KOM) determined that at a venue operating in the district, the birthday of the leader of the criminal organization known to the public as the "Daltons" was celebrated with laudatory statements displayed on the projection screen.
ARSENAL AND DRUGS SEIZED
Following the detection, police teams launched a simultaneous operation at the residences and workplaces of the establishment owners H.İ.Y. (30) and B.Y. (53).
During the detailed searches, what was almost an arsenal was uncovered:
- 2 unlicensed pistols
- 271 pistol rounds
- 2 long magazines and 4 short magazines
- 1 ballistic steel vest
- 18 synthetic pharmaceuticals
- Approximately 1 gram of rock cocaine
PARTNER ARRESTED, OTHER PARTNER SOUGHT
After the operation, the 30-year-old establishment owner H.İ.Y., who was detained, was referred to the courthouse after his procedures at the police station were completed. He was arrested by the criminal judgeship of peace and sent to prison. It was reported that police teams are continuing their efforts uninterruptedly to apprehend the other establishment owner B.Y. (53), for whom an arrest warrant has been issued.
