Stating that they will receive a share from the transfer of the national player, Tahiroğlu said, 'If Barış Alper Yılmaz is sold, we will earn a significant income. If there is a transfer in the range of 30-40 million euros, we will have a share of approximately 8 million euros, but we have not received any feedback from Galatasaray in this regard; it seems they do not have such an intention.'
Sedat Tahiroğlu, President of Ankara Keçiörengücü, reminded that the club has a 20% share in the potential transfer of Barış Alper Yılmaz, who plays for Galatasaray, saying, "If the sale happens, we will earn significant income. "A SOURCE OF PRIDE FOR US"
Sedat Tahiroğlu, the club president of Emre Gökdemir İnşaat Ankara Keçiörengücü, which competes in the Trendyol 1. Lig, visited the Ankara Branch of TSYD. Expressing pride in the performance of national team players Barış Alper Yılmaz and Samet Akaydın, Tahiroğlu stated, "We watched both of them in the recent Romania match. It is a source of pride for us that players who came up through the Keçiörengücü academy have reached this level. This is the spiritual aspect of this business."
"OUR SHARE WOULD BE 8 MILLION EUROS"
Commenting on the possibility of Barış Alper Yılmaz's transfer, Tahiroğlu emphasized that the club has a 20% share in the player, saying, "If Barış Alper Yılmaz is sold, we will earn significant income. If the transfer is in the 30-40 million euro range, our share would be approximately 8 million euros, but we have not received any feedback from Galatasaray in this direction; it seems they do not have such an intention."
"IF IT IS MEANT TO BE, IT WILL HAPPEN"
Noting that in the past, some negotiations were conducted through agents during the player's transfer process, Tahiroğlu commented, "When the possibility of a transfer to Saudi Arabia came up, the agents presented us with figures, but we said, 'We will take whatever our right is.' Currently, there is no situation where our club is pushing for it. If it is meant to be, it will happen." He also conveyed that they have not been in contact with Barış Alper Yılmaz recently, saying, "He used to visit our club when he came to Ankara before, but we have had no communication in the last year."
"THE CLAIM 'THEY DO NOT WANT TO PROMOTE TO THE SUPER LEAGUE' IS NOT TRUE"
Also commenting on their Super League goals, Tahiroğlu concluded his remarks by saying, "The criticism and claims that we do not want to promote to the Super League are not true. Of course, our goal is the Super League, but what is important is sustainable success. Promoting without a plan and getting into debt could destroy the club. We took this team from the third league and progressed step by step. Our goal is the Super League and to establish a permanent structure."
