In a statement made through his own Truth social media platform, US President Donald Trump targeted his predecessor Joe Biden. Trump claimed that approximately 92% of the official documents signed during Biden's term were not genuine signatures but were made using "Autopen (signature machine)," alleging that Biden's signature was forged in this way. Emphasizing that using "Autopen" on official documents is prohibited unless there is special permission from the US president, Trump stated, "The radical leftist crazies surrounding Biden at the Oval Office have taken the presidency from him."

For this reason, Trump said he invalidated all official documents signed during that period, stating, "I am canceling all presidential decrees and official documents that were not directly signed by fraudulent Joe Biden. Because those who used 'Autopen' did so illegally." Trump highlighted that Biden's official presidential documents are not included as long as they were signed with "Autopen," warning, "If he claims they are included, he will face charges of false witness."
