TARIFF ON CHINA RAISED TO 145%
US President Donald Trump raised the tariff on China once again, disregarding global markets. Trump, who announced yesterday that it was 125%, has now increased the tariff on China to 145%.
CHINA'S RETALIATION DECISION
Meanwhile, the Chinese Ministry of Finance has signed off on another retaliation decision, announcing that an additional tariff will be applied to US goods. In the ministry's statement, the rate of the additional tariff on US goods was specified as 84%. In a previous announcement from China, this rate was recorded as 34%. The ministry stated that the additional tariff on US goods will come into effect on April 10.
