After the 36th NATO Summit of Heads of State and Government held in Ankara, US President Donald Trump, who met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, stated that they would license the production rights for PAC-2 and PAC-3 missiles used in Patriot air defense systems to Ukraine.
