The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund has put up for sale the commercial and economic integrity of the Maydonoz Döner Group, which consists of the companies it has appointed as trustees. According to the announcement published in the Official Gazette, the sale will be conducted through a tender process that combines closed envelope and open auction methods.
The TMSF has decided to sell the commercial integrity consisting of goods, rights, assets, and contracts belonging to Somca Gıda, Altı G Gıda, Sümer Entegre Et, Enerca Gıda, and Deta Ambalaj, which it manages as a trustee. It was stated that the sale process would be carried out under the relevant regulations of laws numbered 7145, 6758, and 5411.
The tender includes all goods, rights, and assets allocated for meat and chicken operations of the Maydonoz Döner and My Fried Chicken brands, which operate under a franchise model. The estimated value determined for the commercial and economic integrity was announced as 2 billion 360 million TL.
Investors wishing to participate in the tender are required to provide a guarantee of 236 million TL. It was reported that the guarantee would be accepted in the form of cash, a definitive and unconditional letter of guarantee, or T.C. government bonds, treasury bills, and treasury guaranteed bonds.
The deadline for submitting the final bids is set for March 31, 2026, at 16:00, while the auction will take place on April 1, 2026, at 11:00 at the TMSF's headquarters in Esentepe, Istanbul. After the financial offers received in closed envelopes are opened, a shortlist will be created, and the process will continue with the open auction phase.
