Ukrainian Minister for Reconstruction Oleksiy Kuleba reported that the Russian army attacked two civilian ships in the Black Sea, resulting in the death of one crew member. One of the ships was transporting grain to Odessa, while the other was carrying soybeans.
Oleksiy Kuleba, Ukraine's Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction and Minister for Communities and Regional Development, reported that the Russian army attacked two civilian ships off the coast of Ukraine in the Black Sea.
Kuleba stated in a post on his social media account that Russia launched an attack on two cargo ships off the coast of Ukraine.

Kuleba noted that the Russian army attacked a ship flagged by the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis, which was heading towards the Chernomorsk Port in Odessa to transport grain from Ukraine, using a drone. He stated, "According to preliminary information, there are injuries."
"A HORRIFIC WAR CRIME"
Kuleba mentioned that despite being attacked, the ship was able to continue on its way. He also reported that Russia launched an attack on a ship flagged by the Comoros carrying soybeans near Odessa, stating, "Unfortunately, as a result of the attack, a crew member who was a Syrian citizen lost his life. This is a horrific war crime."
