The bank will inform its customers via SMS, and users will need to provide a forwarding instruction for automatic redirection of money transfers sent to the old IBANs for a period of 90 days.

The messages indicate that the IBAN change is a legal requirement, and it has been reported that money transfers sent to old IBANs will be automatically redirected to new accounts for 90 days.

However, for this redirection to take place, users need to log in to the Enpara Mobile Branch or internet branch and give a redirection instruction. If this instruction is not given, EFT or SWIFT transactions sent to the old IBAN will not be automatically transferred.



ATM USAGE IS ALSO CHANGING



In the new era, ATM usage is also changing. Customers will now only be able to use QNB Finansbank ATMs for free. The "Three banks, one ATM" application will come to an end.

Enpara Bank A.Ş. will continue to offer the "cost-free and advantageous banking" understanding to existing Enpara.com users. According to the statements made:





  • EFT, FAST, and money transfer transactions will remain free.


  • The Enpara credit card will continue to be used without an annual fee.


  • The deposit bank license will be used under the assurance of QNB Group.


  • All bank, credit, and virtual cards will continue to operate with the existing number and password.


  • The mobile application will be updated under the name "Enpara Mobile Branch," and logins can still be made with the same password.


  • The Enpara credit card will be valid for installment purchases at QNB member merchants.
