The inflation figures are of great importance for the 2025 pension increase; according to these figures, the lowest SSK and Bağ-Kur pension is expected to be between 14,000 and 15,000 TL. CIVIL SERVANTS AND RETIRED CIVIL SERVANTSFor civil servants and retired civil servants, the inflation difference will be 4.3%, and the January increase will be 10.59%. If these figures come in as expected, the salary increase for civil servants and retired civil servants will be 14.92%. According to the announced data, the first 6 months of 2025 will be spent with salary increases close to 15%. MINIMUM WAGEIf the expected inflation forecast materializes, the net minimum wage will reach 24,304 TL, and the gross minimum wage will reach 28,593 TL. In addition to the inflation rate, if the welfare share is also added, a higher increase in the minimum wage is expected. For example, if the increase rate reaches 50% with the welfare share, the net minimum wage will be 25,503 TL, and the gross minimum wage will be 30,003 TL.
