29-year-old Viktoria Shinkaruk, known as the 'sexiest terrorist' in Russia, has been sentenced. Shinkaruk, who was detained for allegedly planning pro-Ukrainian terrorist attacks, has been sentenced to 21 years in prison. ALLEGATION OF PROVIDING FINANCING TO TERRORISTSAccording to the Russian Military Court, Shinkaruk is accused of working on behalf of Ukraine and participating in a "dead drop" operation for Ukraine, where she reportedly left £780 in a supermarket trash can for terrorists across the border. According to a report by RBC based in Russia, prosecutors in court claimed that the money was used to blow up a gas pipeline and a Wagner private army base, while Shinkaruk, who stated that she was unaware the money would be used for terrorist purposes, claimed she was merely following her husband's instructions. After it was alleged that her husband, Evgeny Kisel, assisted Ukrainian military intelligence, Shinkaruk, who stated she was against violence, said in her defense, "I did not do anything against my country. If I had known my husband was involved in terrorist activities, I would not have contacted him." SENTENCED TO 21 YEARSShinkaruk's defense was not accepted by the court, and she was sentenced to 21 years in prison. It was noted that the statements of an unidentified double agent played a significant role in Shinkaruk's case. Additionally, it was learned that Alexander Kholodkov, who was alleged to be her accomplice and withdrew £3,900 for terrorist activities, was also sentenced to 22 years in prison.
