Individuals claiming that the wild horses in Kayseri belong to them demanded payment from citizens who came to the area for photo shoots. Angered by a family wanting to watch the horses for free, the individuals cursed and whipped a young man. Those who saw that the incident was being recorded attacked the family, who had taken refuge in their car, demanding that the video be deleted.
