A statement resembling a confession regarding the ongoing war with Russia came from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. Zelensky said, "Of course we have not lost this war, but we are losing a large number of people. In Russia's attacks, we are losing both people and time."

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that they have not lost the war with Russia but have lost a large number of people.

Zelenskyy, who came to Oslo, the capital of Norway, within the framework of negotiations on the Russia-Ukraine War, met with Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre, Finnish President Alexander Stubb, US President Donald Trump's special envoy Steve Witkoff, and Trump's special envoy and son-in-law Jared Kushner.

"WE ARE LOSING BOTH PEOPLE AND TIME"

Speaking at the joint press conference held after the talks, Zelenskyy noted that Norway is one of the countries that supports Ukraine the most, and said, "Ukraine immediately supported the US proposal for a ceasefire in the energy sector. However, Russia responded by continuing its attacks."

Zelenskyy pointed out that new talks would be held within 48 hours and said that his meeting with Witkoff and Kushner was important.

Expressing that Ukraine wants peace more than anyone, Zelenskyy said, "Of course, we have not lost this war, but we are losing a large number of people. In Russia's attacks, we are losing both people and time."

"WITKOFF WILL MEET WITH PUTIN IN RUSSIA"

Norwegian Prime Minister Støre also reported that the talks were constructive and went well, and that they addressed many issues such as Ukraine's security, the post-war prosperity plan, and sanctions.

Stating that Witkoff will go to Russia tomorrow, Støre noted that the US special envoy will hold contacts with Russian President Vladimir Putin regarding the meeting in Oslo.

Finnish President Stubb, on the other hand, touched on the process getting "back on track" again and commented, "Today was a success. Tomorrow will be a new day."

While Zelenskyy, Støre, Stubb, and Witkoff attended today's meeting in Oslo in person, representatives from the E4 countries comprising the UK, France, Germany, and Poland, as well as from the European Union (EU) and NATO, and Kushner attended remotely by video because he had the flu.
