In the case of the "Imamoğlu Criminal Organization," Servet Yıldırım, the driver of businessman Hüseyin Köksal, who is referred to as Imamoğlu's treasurer and has benefited from the effective remorse provisions, made striking allegations about Ekrem İmamoğlu and his close circle in an interview he participated in. Yıldırım claimed that public funds were transferred for organizational activities, stating, "I can call Ekrem Bey a thief. Because I took money to his father, I took money to his uncle, I took money to his uncle's son."
In the investigation known to the public as the "Imamoğlu Criminal Organization" case, Servet Yıldırım, the official driver who benefited from the effective remorse provisions, made various allegations about Ekrem İmamoğlu and his close circle during a YouTube program he participated in.
Yıldırım claimed that public resources were transferred unlawfully, asserting that he personally delivered the mentioned funds to some family members.
"I WILL TELL IN COURT," HE SAID
Speaking in an interview that is said to be published on Ferhat Murat's YouTube channel, Yıldırım made statements ahead of the court process that will begin on March 9.
Yıldırım stated that he would share everything he knows in court and said he stands behind his statements.
ALLEGATION OF MILLION-DOLLAR SHIPMENTS
In the interview, Yıldırım claimed to have carried out money transfers worth millions of dollars. He argued that the funds he claimed to be public resources were delivered to some members of the İmamoğlu family, stating that he recorded video footage during this process and submitted the recordings to the prosecutor's office.

Yıldırım used the following expressions:
"Everything I said is true. They have done this. I just want our people to know this. I can call Ekrem Bey a thief. Because I delivered money to his father, I delivered money to his uncle, I delivered money to his uncle's son. I have delivered a total of 10 million dollars, and also 5 million dollars. I opened the bags and recorded with my camera. Since I learned that public money started to go there, I have been filming while cursing. This is the people's money, the money of children."
Yıldırım stated that he submitted the videos and documents he had to the prosecutor's office, and that these recordings would be evaluated during the judicial process.
