"OFFERS WERE COMING BUT I DIDN'T ACCEPT"
Yeşilçay, who brought the character Bahar, the great love of Seymen played by Özcan Deniz, to life, answered the question "How did the offer for Asmalı Konak come?" with the following response:
"I had just finished İkinci Bahar. I had 6 months left in school. I said, 'I will not accept any offers, I will finish school first.' At that time, I received very good offers from many projects, but I didn't accept them thinking, 'They will come again anyway.' I finished school, and suddenly no offers came. I was forgotten immediately. At that moment, I understood how things worked in the industry and returned to İzmir, to my family's side."
"ASMALI KONAK CHANGED MY CAREER"
After a challenging process, Yeşilçay stated that she returned to Istanbul with a phone call from director Abdullah Oğuz, saying, "I first participated in another project, but it didn't work out. Then came Asmalı Konak, and my career took off."
