The 104th anniversary of Victory Day on August 30 was celebrated with a concert held in Gaziosmanpaşa. On the night when Yıldız Tilbe took the stage, after the artist initiated the National Anthem, over 200 thousand people joined in singing the anthem together.

Gaziosmanpaşa Municipality organized a widely attended celebration program in the district for the August 30 Victory Day. The guest of the night was the beloved artist Yıldız Tilbe.

Taking the stage, Tilbe performed her beloved songs, giving the crowd that filled the square a night full of music. However, the most striking part of the concert was the artist's meaningful call, alongside her songs.

Tilbe, in her speech from the stage before the İstiklal Marşı (Independence March), said, "For August 30 Victory Day and all our martyrs. For our homeland. For our dead, our living, our today, our tomorrow."

THE SQUARE BECAME A SINGLE VOICE

After these words, Yıldız Tilbe began to recite the Independence March, and the crowd in the square joined in.

With the first lines, thousands of people began to sing the anthem in unison. The moments when over 200,000 people in Gaziosmanpaşa recited the Independence March simultaneously became one of the most emotional sights of the night.

The concert held as part of the Victory Day celebrations left its mark on the night not only with Yıldız Tilbe's performance but also with the enthusiastic images created by the huge crowd.
