Yılmaz Büyükerşen, who served as the Mayor of Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality between 1999 and 2024, also announced his resignation from CHP.

In his statement, Büyükerşen used the following expressions:
"I currently find the cadres in CHP inadequate. I resigned from the CHP led by Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who became the Chairman of the Republican People's Party through legal maneuvers. The CHP founded by Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk always lives in my soul and heart, and will continue to do so."

Following the management deadlock after the appeal decision in CHP, Özgür Özel, who decided to part ways, addressed the CHP group podium for the last time at the Turkish Grand National Assembly the previous day. Referring to their process as "a farewell whose time has come," Özel used the following expressions:
"Today, I stepped out carrying the sorrow of a farewell whose time has come. Today, from the atmosphere of this hall, after the great injustices we faced, through the dialogues we established on the streets where we felt constrained... We see that something is changing and something is being rebuilt in this country, in the neighborhoods of all our provincial heads, district heads, and in the evening conversations of our families."
