"SHE WAS HIS GIRLFRIEND, THE BOY WANTED TO BREAK UP" Speaking about the incident, building resident Hüseyin Özkoca (58) said, "It was around 03:45 in the morning. Someone rang the doorbell. They only rang our bell. I thought they pressed the wrong one. Then they rang the bell quite a bit, but the door didn't open. After that, we didn't go downstairs; we opened the door, saw no one came, and closed it. An hour passed. An hour later, there was a bang sound. I thought, maybe they hit the cars. I looked down, a guy in the middle of the road said, 'Brother, a woman fell from your place.' Then, when he said 'A woman fell,' I looked, and indeed there was a woman. I ran downstairs. The guy across the street, Özgür, had run. I followed him. We saw her lying there. One side of the girl was paralyzed. Everything was broken, no unbroken part left. Then I said, 'Did you call an ambulance?' He said, 'I called an ambulance,' and he was telling her not to sleep. He was slapping her face so she wouldn't fall asleep. Then the ambulance came, and we lifted her with 3-4 people. Everything was broken, so it was hard; only while getting into the ambulance, she said, 'Oh, my back.' She didn't do anything else, didn't speak. Then the ambulance came, teams arrived. She was probably his girlfriend; the boy wanted to break up; when the boy wanted to break up, then... She was intubated at the hospital. The boy himself is a lawyer. We were waiting in the police station garden, they called him for testimony. I asked in the police station garden, he said 'She was intubated.'
