The incident occurred in the Sarıhasan neighborhood of the Salıpazarı district in Samsun. According to the information obtained, retired police officer Cemil Ç. shot his cousin, taxi driver Bahattin Ç., with a gun while blocking his way as he entered the field due to a land dispute. Bahattin Ç., a father of three, lost his life.

HE WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY

Cemil Ç. went into hiding. The lifeless body of Bahattin Ç. was sent to the Samsun Group Presidency of the Forensic Medicine Institution for autopsy. Police teams quickly captured the fugitive suspect and took him into custody.
