Barış Murat Yağcı, who was the subject of an arrest warrant due to being abroad in the drug investigation in Istanbul, was detained at the airport today around noon.
11 SUSPECTS RELEASED
As part of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Anadolu Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the crimes of "manufacturing and trafficking of narcotic or stimulant substances," "facilitating the use of narcotic or stimulant substances," and "purchasing, accepting, or possessing narcotic or stimulant substances for use or using narcotic or stimulant substances," 11 suspects were released yesterday.
ARRESTED AS SOON AS HE SET FOOT IN TURKEY
Barış Murat Yağcı, for whom an arrest warrant was issued due to being abroad as part of the investigation, was detained at the airport today around noon as he returned to Turkey. Yağcı was transferred to the Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command for processing.
SELEN WAS ALSO DETAINED
Selen Görgüzel, who previously competed in Survivor, was detained as part of the drug investigation following her elimination.
