New footage has emerged of the incident where a 32-year-old woman, who was not allowed to get into a taxi despite having a customer, wreaked havoc at the taxi stand, saying "The taxi doesn't love me." The head of the taxi stand stated, "What happened to us is something that wouldn't even happen to a cooked chicken. I believe the lady has psychological issues. We have a loss of 150,000 TL."
On February 3rd, Tuesday, around 4:30 PM, terrifying minutes were experienced at the taxi stand in Bursa City Hospital located in the Nilüfer district of Bursa. A woman named S.B. (32), who reportedly comes to the hospital by taxi from the Görükle area every day, wanted to get into a taxi despite there being a customer inside.
WHEN NOT ALLOWED IN THE TAXI, SHE WENT MAD WITH ANGER
When the steward of the taxi stand told her to get into the next vehicle, S.B. got angry, took the standing ashtray in front of the stand, and broke the windows. While no one intervened with the woman, the incident was recorded by bystanders with a mobile phone camera. It was reported that there was a damage of 150,000 TL at the taxi stand.
RELEASED UNDER JUDICIAL CONTROL
S.B. was detained upon complaint. After her procedures at the police station, S.B. was referred to the courthouse, where she was released under judicial control conditions.
"THE TAXI DOESN'T LOVE ME," SHE SAID, AND ATTACKED
Meanwhile, new images of the attack have emerged. In the footage, S.B., who attacked the taxi stand saying, "The taxi doesn't love me," was seen insulting and cursing at the staff at the stand who were filming her and the drivers.
"WHAT HAPPENED TO US WOULD NOT HAPPEN TO A COOKED CHICKEN"
While it was claimed that S.B. had psychological issues, the head of the taxi stand, Mustafa Turan, stated, "The incident that happened to us would not happen to a cooked chicken. I think the lady has psychological problems. Suddenly, she came to us and said, 'You don't love me,' and broke our windows and frames. She spilled our paints. We couldn't intervene because she was a woman. She cursed us with words that cannot be repeated. There is a damage of 150,000 TL at our stand," he said.
"WE COULDN'T INTERVENE BECAUSE SHE WAS A WOMAN"
The deputy head of the stand, Adem Yılgın, also stated, "We couldn't intervene because she was a woman. To avoid being in a guilty position, we did not intervene in any way within the framework of respect. We are currently in a very difficult situation. She caused significant damage to our stand. She attacked our computers. She broke our windows. Now the driver friends cannot perform their duties. We cannot go to addresses. We cannot check our vehicles in the system," he said.
